Vendor Responsibility: Vendors must ensure their products function as described. If a refund is approved due to vendor negligence,

   the vendor’s payout will be withheld or reversed.

Non-Refundable Situations:

   – Customer changed their mind after purchase.

   – Product incompatibility with third-party mods or frameworks not mentioned in the description.

   – Failure to follow installation instructions.

Refund Process: If approved, refunds will be processed through the original payment method (PayPal or Stripe) within 5–10 business days.
