At SixModz Marketplace, we provide digital products (scripts, maps, models, packs). Due to the nature of digital goods,
all sales are final. Please carefully read the following refund policy:

1. No Refunds on Digital Goods: Once a product is purchased and delivered, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations.
2. Exceptional Cases: Refunds may be considered in rare cases where:
      – The product is proven to be defective or not working as described.
      – The vendor fails to deliver the product within the agreed timeframe.
      – Unauthorized purchases (fraudulent transactions) are confirmed by our payment provider.
3. Proof Required: Customers requesting a refund must provide sufficient evidence (screenshots, error logs, communication records).
4. Vendor Responsibility: Vendors must ensure their products function as described. If a refund is approved due to vendor negligence,
      the vendor’s payout will be withheld or reversed.
5. Non-Refundable Situations:
      – Customer changed their mind after purchase.
      – Product incompatibility with third-party mods or frameworks not mentioned in the description.
      – Failure to follow installation instructions.
6. Refund Process: If approved, refunds will be processed through the original payment method (PayPal or Stripe) within 5–10 business days.
7. Contact: All refund requests must be submitted via our official support system.
